All our tutors are qualified to degree level, teacher qualified and are A level teaching specialists. Our A level tutors are experts within their subject and able to support A level students to get the highest grades. Most of our tutors are experienced examiners or subject leaders and are  familiar with AQA, OCR, Edexcel, WJEC,  IB and IAL exams in  their subject. 

. All tutors are enhanced DBS and reference checked to ensure their suitability for private one to one and small group tuition work.

Most tutors offer online tuition across the UK and worldwide, supporting A level students in schools and colleges around the country as well as international schools abroad and home-educated A level students. Tutors are based in Cheshire and Yorkshire, most living and working in  Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon and surrounding areas. They all provide one to one and small group tuition, many tutors also offer exam-focused revision groups to improve exam techniques and grades. 

Our tutors take a holistic approach to tuition in that they support the academic learning, building of confidence and development of long term skills in their students – not just a short, quick fix to jump through ‘educational hoops’, but they encourage independence and ‘thinking skills’ so that students continue to flourish beyond the duration of their tuition. All our tutors work as part of a supportive team in which they share skills, teaching strategies and general good practice.
